Listed and sold

Once listed, your card is available to buy. Your earnings are added to your pending balance after the card is sold and payment is confirmed.

Holding period

Your funds remain in Pending for 14 days after payment is confirmed, then move to Available unless an additional hold applies. Our support team reviews reported issues before placing any additional hold. Payment disputes may also delay the release of your funds.

Available balance

Use your available credit to buy gift cards, or request a bank transfer from your available cash balance.
