Is a quote the same as a payment?+
No. A quote shows the amount offered. A submitted card still needs review, a completed sale and the applicable holding period before funds become available.
Can I spend GiftPayout Credit immediately?+
Credit becomes available only after the corresponding sale completes its holding period and any issues are resolved. It is not added just because you upload a card.
Where will I find a purchased code?+
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Your gift card code will follow in a separate email as soon as it’s ready.
Are all brands always in stock?+
No. The brand directory and live stock are separate. Only available inventory can be added to your basket.
